I am able to counsel clients on a wide variety of issues. I use CBT for depression and anxiety disorders such as general anxiety, social anxiety, panic and agraphobia, OCD and PSTD one of my specialisms is addiction counselling . I am an international counsellor and support clients through out the world. I have 20 years experience supporting people in wide variety of mental health environments. I provide counselling through secure and encrypted platforms like Zoom, Vsee, Whats App, as well as Skype/GH with clients who are 18+. I give support to individuals who may have mild, moderate and severe mental health concerns as well as relationship issues or addictions. I am an experienced face to face and online practicioner and have helped change clients lives. I am passionate about working with clients who feel frustrated around not reaching their full potential, dreams and desires. I provide face to face sessions with clients when this is more appropriate.
As an online counsellor I feel passionate about motivating people to live inspired lives. I encourage clients to achieve their full potential by following their passions and dreams. However there maybe restrictions around providing counselling to some parts of America because of state licencing requirements, this may need clarified.
All information is confidential and If you decide to engage in counselling the first video, chat, or email session is for 20 minutes and is FREE. This introductory session will allow you to decide if you want to continue. All sessions after this are 60 minutes. These will either be through Zoom, Vsee, Whats app, Skype, Google Hangouts video, chat, email or face to face when more appropriate. Please click on my FAQ & FEES page for further details.The counselling service is suitable for people who find it easier and more accessable to use online services to help gain support. It is not suitable for people who would be in acute distress. In such cases you may wish to contact your GP or A&E department . Alternatively you may want to book a face to face session with me or contact the Samaritains (UK) or Befrienders International however other services may be more culturally relevant.
